Newark, DE - (12/27/19) - The White Team captained by Don and Trevor retained the Red/White Cup this year by holding back a late surge by the Red Team captained by Phil and Al on Friday night in the Gold Arena at UD.

The game had some late controversy as the White Team seemed to get the winning goal in overtime by Steve Kramarck however the goal was disallowed because of an apparent high stick as ruled by official replay video review in Toronto. The goal would have broken the 8-8 tie and given the White Team an overtime win. The Red Team was able to overcome a 1st half 6-1 defecceit to force the 2 overtime periods in which no goals were scored.  Nick Wickwire was awarded the coveted MVP Sweater after only allowing 3 goals of the 16 scored and making several spectacular saves during the game.
