ITINERARY FOR FLYERS POST GAMES
AT THE WELLS FARGO CENTER
TEAM PROTOCOL:
5:30-6:00p.m. Teams enters and meet inside the Wells Fargo Center utilizing the Broad Street South Entrance (corner of building closest to I-95 on Broad St Side of Building). The entire team(s) must be present to go over further instructions. Every player, referee, fan, etc., must have a ticket for the Flyers game to get into the arena for the post-game event.
3rd Period Immediately when the Flyers game ends, both teams are to meet back at the stairwell outside of section 104 to be walked down staircase by section 110. (we will all meet and go together downstairs, everyone will continue to need to be wearing their masks) At this point we will go to the changing rooms. Wells Fargo Center event staff will not allow anyone down to the rooms unless there is a Flyers representative escorting you. Both teams are to remain in the changing rooms until a Flyers representative gives you the ok to enter the ice. Players and coaches are to be masked when downstairs at all times.
After the Flyers Game Ends The postgame starts immediately after ice is treated and resurfaced.
All release forms must be filled out online before gameday. No player or coach will be permitted in the bench area or ice without filling out the release form.
The game will consist of three 15-minute running clock periods with one minute breaks in between each period. Games can end in a tie.
The teams are responsible for supplying their own referees, pucks and water bottles. The Flyers will supply a clock operator.
FIGHTING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE GAME!
FAN PROTOCOL:
Viewing Area All fans must sit in sections 102 and 103. Fans will need to continue to wear their masks as well. The rest rooms will be open.
