NEWARK, DE - (12/30/24) - The Red Team, captained by Al and Zach, captured the Red/White Cup again this year. The White Team captained by Don and Trevor just could not get enough goals past the goaltender in the 2nd half. It was a record turnout by alumni and actives with 25 skaters playing at the Gold Rink at UD!!!

The Red Team had a slim 3-2 lead after the 1st half and was able to hang on to win it by a score of 6-3. The goaltending in the second half was lights out, Nick Wickwire stopped all but one in the last frame. Steve Mulry's quiet, yet impactful, stalwart defense resulted in the MVP honors and the coveted red sweater.
